RETURN POLICY

Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return online. Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of the order confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. Levi.in reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. Final sales, promotional items or opened packaged items may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty. Such returns have to be initiated with our customer care and not via online returns.

If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 15 days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.

Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during return pickup. If you wish to return more products, please get in touch with our Customer Care team, who will arrange a pickup for the additional products. We will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 15 days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.

For orders payed for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only. Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code. We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive an email claiming to be from Levi's® asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.

If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 1 week of receiving the package.

To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

EXCHANGE

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on Levi.in at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Products bought on Levi.in cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process.

How can I start a return?

You can initiate a return from order details page/track my order as detailed above. You can also get in touch with our customer service via email/phone as listed here.

Can I return any item?

Returns will be accepted for any online orders within 30 days from the date of purchase and with the brand packaging and MRP tags as detailed here.

Exception to this would items purchased online that are non-returnable. (These items are indicated as non-returnable in the product details page before checkout). Some orders cannot be returned if you are in a government mandated containment zone due to Covid-19.

Products bought on Levi.in cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process.

Can I return a single item from an order or does the entire order have to be returned?

You can select individually which item needs to be returned from the order details page. There is no need to return the entire order to receive a refund.

I found an issue with another item in my order after already initiating a return. Would it be possible to add this item to the existing return?

You are not able to modify a return once initiated. However, you can create a new return request from the same order details page and the item can be returned.

Can I choose a different address for a return pickup?

Returns are possible from the address the order was shipped to. Please contact customer service center for further support.

Will returns be possible for Cash on delivery orders?

Yes. Refund will be made to a bank account and customer support will get in touch with you for the details. Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code. We will never request any other bank or card details. What if I received a damaged item?

What would happen if there is an issue with the item returned (missing tags/other issues)?

If there are missing tags/other issues our logistics partner will not accept the return. You can reach out to our customer care for further support.

Does Levi’s offer packaging of the order at my doorstep?

No, the item/items to be returned must be kept packed for our logistics partner to pick up the same.

Do I need to print a return shipping label?

You do not need to print any labels. Our logistics partner will pickup the order from the location the order was delivered to.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Our logistic partner will pick up the item post initiation of a return from your location within 4-5 business days. However, delays in pickup could be excepted due to logistic issues.

Post receipt of item, refund will be processed within 15 days to the payment mode initially used. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.

The entire process should take 20 business days from initiation excluding refunds. For remote locations the return could take longer. The timelines should be taken as a guide as it does not take into account logistics delays, order processing delays during sale or peak season. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on Levi.in at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

No, this is not currently possible. Please cancel your order and place a new one.

Can I drop off a return at the closest shop or pickup point?

Currently online orders cannot be returned at a shop or pickup point. At our stores we only offer exchanges.

I’ve accidentally shipped an additional item in my returns package. What do I do?

Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during return pickup. If you wish to return more products, please get in touch with our Customer Care team or create an online return for the items. We will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit. If you’ve accidentally shipped non-Levi's® items back to us, please contact our customer service team via phone or email for support.

Can I cancel my return or exchange request?

Cancelling of a return request is not possible online. Please contact our customer service team via phone or email for support.
