Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
1. The Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program is operated and issued by Levi Strauss (India) Private Limited (“Levi Strauss”) to give customers exclusive rewards and privileges based on their purchases and subject to certain terms and conditions.
2. By submitting and becoming a member of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program, you agree to comply with these Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program terms and conditions (“Terms”).
3. You agree and understand that to fulfil your request, Levi Strauss will collect, process, use, store and transfer information about you in accordance with “Your Personal Information” section below.
4. To be eligible for the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program, you must be a permanent resident of India and above the age of 18 years. You can join the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program by simply making a purchase of any product in any of our participating Levi’s® exclusive brand stores in India, operated by Levi Strauss or its franchisees and sign up by providing your name, date of birth, email, telephone number and at the store. You cannot join or signup for the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program online i.e. by making a purchase of any product through our website www.levi.in.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
1. As a member of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program, you may:
  - Earn and redeem Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points:
    1 (one) Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Point is earned for every INR 100 worth of purchase and every Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Point is worth Indian Rupee - INR 1 (one). A minimum of 1 (one) Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Point is required for redemption. Levi’s Loop™ Reward Points may only be earned at Levi’s® exclusive stores and online through our website www.levi.in. Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points may only be redeemed at Levi’s® exclusive stores. You cannot redeem your points online through our website www.levi.in.
  - Receive Birthday/Anniversary deals:
    You may receive special discounts and offers on these special days.
  - Enjoy special privileges:
    Receive messages for sneak previews, exclusive invites and pre-sales launches/events. Also, you may be the first to know about new product launches and other promotions.
2. Being registered as a member of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program irrevocably signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.
3. Levi Strauss reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
4. You may cancel your membership at any time by calling Levi Strauss on 1800 102 0501 or email feedback@levi.com. When exiting the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program you will forfeit any benefits and Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points already earned but not yet redeemed.
5. Upon successful registration for the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program, your mobile number will be your membership ID and account number.
LEVI’S® LOOP™ MEMBER PROGRAM
1. The Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership is not transferable and the benefits can be enjoyed only by you.
2. Your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership cannot be used as a credit, gift, debit or guarantee card.

EARNING LEVI’S® LOOP™ REWARD POINTS

You shall earn Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points on your purchases made:
1. At Levi® exclusive stores - by notifying a stylist at the Levi’s® exclusive store that you are a Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program member at the cashier prior to your transaction being processed. Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points cannot be added once your purchase has been processed.
2. Online at our website www.levi.in - by entering your registered mobile number at www.levi.in when making an online purchase. Your points will be added based on the tier structure you belong to as stated in the table below.
Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points will be determined according to the Net Purchase Price. Net Purchase Price means the total purchase price of the item(s) purchased less any discount received on such item(s). Where general discount (as opposed to discount specific to an item) applies to a total transaction, the discount will be pro-rated based on the value of each item/s purchased for purpose of allocating Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points. Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points cannot be earned or redeemed on the taxes paid.

Loop™ Reward Points can be earned on purchases made with a Levi’s® Gift Card, however, Loop™ Reward Points cannot be earned on the purchase of a Levi’s® Gift Card.
Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points cannot be earned on the portion of your purchases that are made with the Levi’s® Loop® Reward Points redemption reward.
Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points will be reflected in your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program account within two (2) days of your purchase. Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points expire after 24 months.

USING YOUR LOOP™ REWARD POINTS
1. You may redeem some or all the Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points against purchases made. If the Loop™ Reward Points available do not cover the entire value of your bill, then, you can settle the balance amount of the invoice/bill with another form of payment e.g., cash, debit/credit card.
2. You must notify the stylist at the Levi’s® exclusive store of your intention to redeem your Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points before your purchase is processed i.e. at the time of payment of your invoice/bill.
3. You cannot redeem your Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points online through our website www.levi.in.
4. No change or credit will be returned or given if your purchase value is less than the value of your redeemed reward.
5. Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
6. Returns are subject to Levi Strauss’ Return Policy. In the event of a return of an item purchased wholly or partially with Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points, the points earned in respect of the item returned shall be deducted from your Loop™ Reward Points balance on your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program account.
7. In the event of return of an item purchased online through our website www.levi.in, the Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points earned in respect of the item returned, shall be deducted from your Loop™ Reward Points balance.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership and Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points:

Levi Strauss will review your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership every two years. Whenever you make a purchase, your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership automatically gets renewed for another two year period. If however, you do not make a purchase, your Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership will lapse.
Every Loop™ Reward Point is worth INR 1 (one).
The Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program membership tier structure is as under:

You may be downgraded from the current tier if your cumulative purchases for eligibility are not met in the 2 years period from the last purchase.

Your personal information:
The personal information that we may collect in connection with the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program includes but is not limited to your name, phone number, email address, postal code, date of birth and purchase history and other information collected from or about you when you engage and interact with us. This information, and any other personal information that we collect in connection with the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Marketing material, email and phone SMS:
- Upon becoming a member of Levi’s® LOOP™ Member Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing and other communications from Levi Strauss. You may unsubscribe from these emails by following the instructions at the bottom of such emails for updating your preferences.
- You will receive phone SMS and/or emails addressed only to you. Levi Strauss reserves the right to cease sending phone SMS and/or emails at its discretion

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Levi Strauss shall not be liable for any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from Levi’s® LOOP™ Member Program. This limitation of liability is comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Levi Strauss has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee; whether statutory, express or implied (including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose); in fact or in law, with respect to Levi’s® LOOP™ Member Program and Levi Strauss shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Levi Strauss does not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to Levi’s® LOOP™ Member Program and Levi Strauss shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors related thereto.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Levi Strauss will endeavor to keep your information confidential but may provide such information to any agency or third party service provider under a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”), to maintain complete confidentiality of such information. Levi Strauss will use your personal data only to provide them information relating to products and services offered.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Levi Strauss, its franchisees, Levi’s® Group and vendors do not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damages, injury, accident, death or asset damage howsoever arising from inclusion or participation in the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program or for any loss arising from the failure to provide services or for any other reason whatsoever.
2. Any abuse whatsoever of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program by any person constitutes an offence and Levi Strauss reserves the right to cancel such person's membership and withhold all Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points from her/his account at its sole discretion.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication shown above and may be amended from time to time.
4. Levi Strauss reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw benefits, offers including discounts and the terms and conditions of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program or to terminate the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program without any prior intimation and at the sole discretion of Levi Strauss.
5. Should Levi Strauss terminate the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program for any reason whatsoever, you will be duly notified and have the opportunity to redeem your Levi’s® Loop™ Reward Points (subject to redemption conditions under the “Using Your Loop™ Reward Points” section) within three (3) months of the date of the termination of the Levi’s® Loop™ Member Program.
6. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be held or declared to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective but shall not affect any other part of these terms and conditions.
7. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any and all disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes between you and Levi Strauss or its franchisees.
